Any person who is related to JOSE SANGIL SL, hereinafter PR JOYEROS, may report conduct that constitutes a violation of the legal system and the duties and obligations that derive from the Protocols, Codes and Policies approved by PR JOYEROS.

For this reason, PR JOYEROS has implemented an internal Complaints Channel that allows monitoring, detection and correction of bad practices carried out by staff and the company.

The existence of said channel does not prevent the presentation of complaints through other external channels, both at state and regional level, that exist or that may be implemented by the competent Administrations to protect whistleblowers in accordance with the provisions of Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of whistleblowers.

Any employee, supplier, client and/or member of the management body of PR JOYEROS who is aware of any breach of current legal regulations, that contravenes the commitments included in the Code of Ethics or that violates the policies, standards or procedures of the entity, have the duty to report such conduct through the Complaints Channel diligently.

>The Whistleblowing Channel is structured as a confidential tool and the use of which will not entail retaliation, referring us for this purpose to whatever results from the application of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 23, 2019 relating to the protection of people who report violations of Union Law and the implementing legislation approved by the State.

To this end, PR JOYEROS makes the following means of communication available to these people:
